Ingredients

  • 500 g beef
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrot
  • 500 g chicken
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 ears corn
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 green plantain
  • 1 lime
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g pork
  • 2 potato
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 L water
  • 300 g yuca

Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken, beef, and pork into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Peel and chop the yuca, plantains, potatoes, carrots, and onion.
Step 3
Mince the garlic and chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Step 5
Add the meats to the pot and brown them on all sides.
Step 6
Add the water, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 7
Add the yuca, plantains, potatoes, carrots, and corn. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until all the ingredients are tender.
Step 8
Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Adjust seasoning if needed.
