  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 30 grams capers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 grams Kalamata olives
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil

Directions

Step 1
In a food processor, combine the Kalamata olives, capers, anchovy fillets, and garlic.

Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but not pureed.

Add the lemon juice and olive oil, and pulse a few more times to combine.
Step 4
Season with black pepper to taste.
