  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 120 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into a baking sheet to form a crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
Step 4
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crescent roll crust.
Step 5
Top with chopped broccoli, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and chopped red bell pepper.
Step 6
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Step 7
Cut into squares and serve.
