  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g string beans

Directions

Step 1
Trim the ends off the string beans and wash them thoroughly.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the string beans to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender but still crisp.
