  • 1500 g beef short ribs
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 4 green onions
  • 60 ml honey
  • 1 pear
  • 30 ml sesame oil
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 120 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, grated pear, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
