Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 cup lima beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the corn, lima beans, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper, and cook until tender, about 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Stir in the fresh parsley just before serving.
