  • 115 grams butter
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 240 grams peanut butter
  • 100 grams powdered sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
