Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the mostaccioli pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

Transfer half of the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the pasta.
