Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams snow peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the onion and cook until it becomes translucent.
Step 3
Stir in the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the bell pepper and snow peas, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Mix in the ginger and garlic, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 6
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Step 7
Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir to coat the vegetables evenly.
Step 8
Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
Step 9
Serve hot over rice or noodles, if desired.
