  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp hot bean sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 skinless chicken thighs

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the hot bean sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the marinade.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
