  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 rainbow trout
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the trout under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Step 3
Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Step 4
Drizzle the olive oil over the trout, both inside and out.
Step 5
Season the trout with salt and pepper, both inside and out.
Step 6
Stuff the cavity of each trout with minced garlic, lemon slices, and chopped fresh parsley.

Fold the aluminum foil around the trout to form a sealed packet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
