  • 100 g almond flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 30 g butter
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 g sweetener
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add the vanilla extract and sweetener to the wet mixture, and mix until well combined.
