  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 tomatoes

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion.

Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
