Ingredients

  • 2 cups precooked cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2.5 cups water

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the precooked cornmeal and salt.

Gradually add the water while kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and manageable.

Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.
