  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 115 g butter
  • 450 g fettuccine
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream has thickened slightly.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and smooth.
Step 5
Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Step 6
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
