  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 30 g butter
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the bread crumbs, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 4
Add chicken broth gradually to moisten the mixture. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Cut a pocket into each pork chop and fill with the stuffing mixture.
Step 6
Place the stuffed pork chops in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
