  • 6 apples
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large bowl, mix the apple slices with granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.

In another bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar. Add the chilled butter cubes and rub them into the flour mixture with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
