Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and grate the potatoes and onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the potato and onion mixture.

Add the flour, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well to combine.

Heat the vegetable oil in a baking dish in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.

Carefully remove the hot baking dish from the oven and pour the potato mixture into it, spreading it out evenly.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
