  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Step 4
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
