  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 green chili
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams yogurt

Directions

Step 1
Peel and grate or finely chop the cucumber.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

Add the grated cucumber to the yogurt.
Step 4
Mix in the cumin powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.

Optionally, add finely chopped green chili for a spicy kick.
