  • 1.5 kg beef chuck roast
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 6 potatoes
  • 240 ml red wine
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the beef roast with salt and black pepper, then sear on all sides until browned.
