  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 g ginger
  • 120 g gochujang
  • 30 ml honey
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the bowl.

Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.
Step 4
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more honey for sweetness or more vinegar for tanginess.

Transfer the sauce to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
