Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Brown the chicken thighs on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in the paprika and flour, cooking for 1-2 minutes to form a paste.

Gradually stir in the chicken broth, mixing well to avoid lumps.
Step 8
Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Step 9
Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sour cream until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Step 10
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
