  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them completely. Remove the silk from each ear of corn.
Step 3
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each ear of corn, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Pull the husks back up to cover the corn. If necessary, secure the husks with kitchen twine.
Step 5
Place the corn on the grill, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Step 6
Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
