  • 60 g butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
