  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese
  • 300 grams pasta
  • 200 grams pesto sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice it into thin strips.
Step 5
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta and pesto sauce to the skillet, stirring well to combine and heat through.
Step 7
Add the sliced chicken to the pasta and mix well.
Step 8
Serve the pasta on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
