  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 grams pecans
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the pecans to the bowl and mix until they are evenly coated with the sugar mixture.

Add the water to the bowl and mix again until the pecans are well coated.

Spread the pecans out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes to prevent burning.
