  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Pour the chicken broth into the Instant Pot.
Step 2
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 3
Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
Step 4
Close the lid and set the valve to the sealing position.

Select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' button and set the timer to 10 minutes for fresh chicken breasts or 15 minutes for frozen chicken breasts.

Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release.
Step 7
Open the lid and check the internal temperature of the chicken breasts to ensure they have reached at least 165°F (74°C).
