Directions
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add cooked rice and kimchi juice to the pan, stirring to combine.
Step 5
Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
Step 6
Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space.

Scramble the eggs until cooked through, then mix into the rice.

Stir in chopped green onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
