  • 7 g active dry yeast
  • 500 g all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 100 g white sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
