  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 450 grams lobster meat
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Butter the sides of the hot dog buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
