  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 spaghetti squash

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Step 3
Brush the inside of each half with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the flesh is tender.

Remove the squash from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Using a fork, scrape the inside of the squash to create spaghetti-like strands.
