Ingredients

  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 240 ml coconut milk
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 120 g peanut butter
  • 60 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and coconut milk.
Step 2
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
Step 3
Add the chili flakes and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool slightly before serving.
