  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add the egg and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.

Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
