Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Step 4
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken roll in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

In a large oven-proof skillet, heat the vegetable oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken rolls and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
