  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 500 g rigatoni
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.

Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
