Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Pat the sirloin tip roast dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the herb rub.

Rub the herb mixture all over the sirloin tip roast, ensuring it’s evenly coated.

Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F) for medium-rare.

Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
