  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 240 grams sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 yellow onions

Directions

Step 1
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized and golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Allow the onions to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
