  • 50 grams dried cranberries

  • 15 ml honey
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 grams sliced almonds
  • 150 grams spinach

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach, dried cranberries, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced almonds.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
Step 3
