  • 180 g all-purpose flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 480 ml milk
  • 1 g salt
  • 15 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
Step 3
Gradually add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, whisking until smooth.

Stir in the melted butter.

Heat a lightly buttered griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Step 7
Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
Step 8
Cook the pancake for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown.
Step 9
Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
Step 10
