This creamy and delicious baked spaghetti casserole is perfect for a family dinner. It combines spaghetti, ground beef, cream cheese, and a flavorful tomato sauce, all baked to perfection.

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 450 g ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 450 g spaghetti
  • 600 ml spaghetti sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and butter until smooth.

Place half of the cooked spaghetti in a greased baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
Step 7
Top with the remaining spaghetti and then pour the meat sauce over the top.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
