  • 30 g cilantro
  • 300 g corn kernels
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 red onion

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, and finely chopped red onion.
