  • 425 grams black beans
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 10 grams chili powder
  • 425 grams corn
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 5 grams cumin
  • 425 grams diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 5 grams garlic powder
  • 5 grams onion powder
  • 30 grams ranch seasoning mix

Directions

Step 1
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 2
Add the corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies on top of the chicken.
Step 3
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder over the ingredients in the slow cooker.

Place the block of cream cheese on top.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Before serving, remove the chicken breasts, shred them with two forks, and return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker. Stir everything together until well combined.
