Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.

Place a layer of tortilla chips at the bottom of a baking dish.

Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
