  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast first in the egg mixture, then coat it with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
