Delicious and flavorful spicy tuna rolls that are perfect for sushi lovers. These rolls combine fresh tuna with a spicy kick, wrapped in nori and sushi rice.

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.

In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Fold this mixture into the cooked sushi rice.

In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha to make the spicy mayo.

Dice the fresh tuna and mix it with the spicy mayo.

Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat covered with plastic wrap.

Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori sheet, leaving a 2 cm border at the top.

Place some tuna mixture, cucumber, and avocado slices along the bottom edge of the nori sheet.

Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing firmly to create a tight roll.

Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
