  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin fries.

Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
