  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 60 g butter
  • 240 g cheddar cheese
  • 450 g chicken breast
  • 295 g cream of chicken soup
  • 340 g egg noodles
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 240 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen peas, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked egg noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the casserole.
