  • 2 g black pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 60 ml Creole mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onion
  • 15 g horseradish
  • 10 ml hot sauce
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 10 g paprika
  • 30 g parsley
  • 5 g salt
  • 10 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Creole mustard.
Step 2
Add the paprika, prepared horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Stir in the minced garlic, finely chopped green onions, celery, and parsley.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
