  • 75 g butter
  • 900 g cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Step 2
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3
Beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
Step 4
Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 5
Bake for 55 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
